** Avenue 11: Archos AV480 80GB Portable Video Recorder Competition Rules **

1. To qualify to enter the Competition you must be aged 18 years or over and you must be resident in the United Kingdom.
2. Open to everyone excluding employees of the Simply Group of companies.
3. All eligible responses must be received by midnight on Sunday, 30th September 2007.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday, 1st October and will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Simply Media TV Productions Ltd reserves the right to amend or extend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be announced within these Rules.
7. There is one prize of a Archos AV480 80GB Portable Video Recorder.
The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
8. In the unlikely event a winner cannot be contacted by Monday, 15th October 2007, after all reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to that winner without any liability to the promoter. The promoter will draw another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. The promoter is Simply Media TV Ltd.
